One to one Support for Carers

As many of you know, the free Somatic Coaching with certified Somatic Coach and Trainee Counsellor Sarah is a popular part of what we offer here at ECP. So we are always pleased to see that other places are also offering emotional support.

The latest in these offers is from Business In The Community who are offering befriending calls from volunteers trained in offering help and advice to unpaid carers. While this is different to our offer, it is the chance to speak openly and honestly to someone outside of your close circle that many people find supportive, comforting and empowering... sometimes even life changing.
