About me
I've worked for 25 years in the Health and Social care sector in various roles including; residential care, as a healthcare assistant in a GP surgery, a rehabilitation assistant in the community for a hospital discharge team and I also spent nine years working as a discharge coordinator at West Middlesex hospital. For the last ten years I have worked in the community for three different charities, Integrated Neurological Services where I was a senior care navigator, Carers Trust Thames as a Service Manager delivering respite services in Hounslow and Hillingdon and managing a carers hub in Ealing and most recently for H4ALL where I developed a project called Compassionate Hillingdon, connecting lonely and isolated people together in their community. I really enjoy working with and helping people. Seeing the difference this can make to people’s lives is so rewarding. It’s great to be back working in Ealing as part of this new service.
My other passions are my family and friends, animals and Chelsea Football Club. When I am not working, my perfect day would be going for a long walk with my rescue dog Oscar followed by watching Chelsea FC with family/ friends., perfect!

About me
Nurita Bangar
Wellbeing Development Officer
I have over 25 years' experience within the Health and Social
Care field, as I have always enjoyed working with people. I have worked for Social Services in different roles and also spent many years within the Charity Sector. I enjoy working for services that are person-centred, where positive impacts are created in people's lives. I have previously worked with Carers in a post-caring capacity, having seen the importance of intervention and support for Carers. So, I am very excited about this newly created role within the Ealing Borough and I can't wait to meet the many Carers in Ealing, and will enjoy working with you all.

When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, wild swimming and reading. I am also a keen academic researcher and very engaged in my local community, volunteering my time to various local projects and ventures.
