Our Partners
Carers Trust Hillingdon & Ealing is delighted to be the lead partner in two collaborative partnerships that enable us to support unpaid family carers in the two northwest London boroughs of Hillingdon and Ealing. Please see below for details of each partnership:

Hillingdon:
Established in 2016, the Hillingdon Carers Partnership is a collaborative of five organisations supporting Hillingdon residents with unpaid caring responsibilities.

Ealing:
Established in late 2023, the Ealing Carers Partnership is a new group of three partners that are committed to improving support for carers living in Ealing.
Ealing and Hounslow CVS provide core capacity support services and manage volunteer centres in Hounslow and Ealing. Additionally, they run the West Ealing Community Managed Library and provide a good understanding of local issues among residents. They have extensive networks across Ealing, engaging with the wider VSCE that will ensure that we are able to provide a truly community-based offering to residents.
Harlington Care is a good rated domiciliary care service run by Harlington Hospice, it provides at home daytime care, assisting with day-to-day tasks such as personal care, moving around in and out of the home, and taking medications. Their aim is to get to know what matters most to each of their clients and work with them to have new experiences outside of their home and visit places that they love. They support unpaid carers by providing respite from their caring role which allows them the opportunity to tend to what is important to them.
Other Partners
3ST is a legal entity (formerly H4All) that has elected representatives from all NWL boroughs including Ealing, that work together with an aim to:
-
Improve how statutory health and care services engage with and invest in the third sector.
-
Simplify access for statutory partners to the extensive and complex range of health, wellbeing and preventative services that the sector offers.
-
Innovate, reflect and use our creativity and understanding of what improves life, to collectively develop alternative models of care and support.
-
Use our collaborative advantage to bring scope, scale and value to NW London structures, by offering preventative services at scale that have been proven to reduce, or significantly delay, demand for primary and secondary health and social care services.
-
Promote trust and collaboration by working together - and actively encouraging others to work with us - to improve the coordination of services, share good practice, develop new strategic partnerships, and jointly bid for resources.
-
Collectively support sector learning, collaboration, and development.
-
Provide a contract management vehicle to support VSCE consortia to deliver effective services that reduce health inequalities. This is achieved by bringing together experienced delivery partners alongside local grass roots providers to ensure residents are supported with the right service, in the right place, at the right time. We will ensure that services are reflective of best practice and support the objectives of both Borough-based Partnerships and the NWL Integrated Care Board.
Ealing Carers Partnership is part of 3ST (Third Sector Together) NWL.
3ST NWL is a formal voluntary sector collaborative that brings together the wider third sector across North West London to support local health and care systems.
